Great same day service. They diagnosed my problem and I was able to leave it there the same day to get it fixed. Employees are nice and respectful. I’m very satisfied with the work they do and I will continue to have them service my vehicle and tell other people about the excellent service.

Don’t make an appointment and expect them to honor it!!!!! Was going out of town early and heard my brakes. It was after hours so I made an appointment on line at 8:30 am instead of going to muffler man who takes people in order of arrival. I was on my way to pep boys and they called me and told me that they had drop off during the night and they took them first. My appointment was now moved back to 10:30 before they could even look at! Ended up going to muffler man and they understood and got me right in!!! Way to go muffler man!!! Was out of town by 10 am Do not go there go to muffler man instead! Will never go to pep boys again!

Do not waste your time making an appointment here for a flat tire. I have tried twice to take my car in for a nail in my tire. The first time they said they couldn't do it and tried to sell me tires, well I took it to Kalamazoo Tire and they did it with no problem. The second time I made an appointment showed up and they told me it was going to be a two hour wait or maybe one hour. I had one of the workers come and look at my car tire and again he said he can't plug it because my tires don't have enough tread. Once again kzoo tire fixed it for me in and out in 20 minutes. They clearly don't want your business why even offer that service if you never want to take the time to do it? I would tell everyone to go to kzoo Tire company. They are awesome!

On our yearly Memorial Day holiday trip, we got a flat tire halfway to our destination. After a few attempts to put on the spare, I realized I needed professional help. My Pep Boys app showed a garage in the next town. Joe was managing the service desk at the Portage, MI, location. He was able to sell us two new tires and get us back on the road in a few hours. We're so grateful he was able to fit us in on a holiday weekend. A big thanks to Joe and his team.

Purchases a car from Carvana in July of 25. 3 days later I heard brake noises. Took the car to pepboys because that was the in network provider. I asked them to check iver the vehicle to ensure if any repairs needed to be made, they could fix it while Carvana was financially responsible. They told me if I dropped off the car on Thursday, it would be done by Friday!! Well they had my car for 11 days!! They changed the “promise by date” on the paperwork to match the pickup date. I lost my NEW second job as a result of not being able to get to get there. Which left me struggling to make the first car payment. Now JUST 5 months later Im hearing a scrubbing brake noises AGAIN!!! I take the car back…… FRONT BRAKES NEED REPLACING……and the swollen lugnuts that were in dire need of replacing , they NEVER REPLACED THE FIRST GO ROUND… $600!!! Im STILL STRUGGLING TO KEEP UP with bills because of that job loss….. NOW I GITTA COME UP WITH 600$???? Pepboys LACKS customer service, and care for details!! It would have been nice to have a warm cup of coffee while I waited in the frozen tundra waiting room….. but the water in the kurig looked like a swampy science experiment!!! I WILL NEVER USE THE
